How do I order your products?
We use a fully secure, on-line system through which you can pay using your credit card or by cheque or internet banking transfer. Just click on
the 'Buy Now' shopping cart button on each product's description to complete your order. Alternatively you can email your order to
sales@weddingnicnacs.com
Are all products immediately available?
In most cases, yes ... but if we don't have a particular item in stock when you order it, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date.
Handmade products are made to order.
How can I see your prices?
If you are an on-seller/retailer, you may view our prices after you log into our site. Click 'WHOLESALE ACCESS' and enter your password. If you
do not have a password, you will need to apply for wholesale access via 'WHOLESALE SIGN UP' on the home page.
Do you have a showroom?
We are an online business. However, you can visit us by appointment only.
How can I pay?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cheque or Direct Deposit. If you are paying by credit card, choose this payment method as you submit your order. You
will be taken to a secure page to enter your information. If you are paying by direct deposit or cheque, choose the 'other' option. Please do not
make your direct deposit or send your cheque until we calculate the delivery charges. If you would prefer us to contact you direct for payment,
please indicate so in the 'message' option.
When will I receive my order?
Once payment has been received, orders are sent within 3 to 5 working days. If your order includes handmade items, please allow 7 to 9 working
days. We will contact you if there are any delays.
What if I have an urgent order?
We will try our best to accommodate urgent orders.
