Payments
We accept Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, or Direct Deposit. Orders will be finalised for despatch after we receive your payment in full.

Australian orders
$AUD plus GST & delivery.
International orders
Export orders do not pay GST. Delivery cost is based on destination and freight method such as sea, air, Australia Post international, DHL,
FEDEX etc.
Delivery/Freight
National freight varies depending upon destination. Deliveries are made by courier or Australia Post/Express Post. Any redelivery charges will
be added to your order. As some products are made to order, shipping times may vary. Please advise if your order is urgent.
Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising
from delay or error in the delivery of goods. Special rush deliveries can usually be arranged and may be subject to additional charges.
Pictures
All colours and products shown on our website, advertisements and promotional material are reproduced as closely as possible. Wedding Nic Nacs
retains authorship and copyright on all publications and product designs.
Products
All handmade products are subject to slight colour and size variations. Keep away from children. We reserve the right to alter any details or
design of products illustrated without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately no warranty is given as to accuracy and
no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description resulting in loss.
Returns & Credits
Claims must be reported via email within 48 hours of receiving stock. No credits will be allowed for any returns unless it has been authorised
by us. Once authorized, returns will need to be received at our facility with 7 days. Any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods
shall be limited to the contract value of the goods. We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage arising from the supply of the goods under
this contract unless you have fully complied with the notification of claims procedure.
